According to the official website of the Beijing Municipal Housing and Construction Commission, a total of 12 pre-sale permits for ordinary homes were issued in November 2025, covering 7 regions including Haidian, Chaoyang, and Tongzhou. More than 3,000 housing units were released. Of these, 6 were first-time projects, injecting new vitality into the market. Judging from the pace, November 27 became a key point. The 4 projects were approved simultaneously on the same day, and 1,531 units were released in a single day, accounting for nearly 50% of the total supply for that month, forming a phased supply peak. It is worth noting that under pressure during the year-end sales window, housing enterprises generally accelerated their pace of entry into the market, and several projects quickly opened the day after evidence was obtained, in an attempt to seize market share.
