Zenith Energy Raises GBP4 Million via Private Placements in UK, Norway

04:11 AM EST, 12/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zenith Energy (ZENA.OL, ZEN.L) raised a total of 3.7 million pounds sterling through private placements in the UK and Norway. The energy production and development company issued 100,892,105 new common shares in the placements. The UK portion of the equity raise comprised 450,000 pounds, while the Norwegian one had gross proceeds of 41.5 million Norwegian kroner. Zenith intends to use the proceeds to advance its applications for exploration permits for two Italian uranium deposits, for the construction of solar production assets in Italy, and for general corporate purposes.
