Bank of Suzhou announced that China Development Group and its co-actor Dongwu Securities increased their holdings of the Bank by a total of 447.067 million shares through centralized bidding transactions in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system from July 1, 2025 to December 5, 2025, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital. After this increase in holdings, the majority shareholder, China Development Group, and Dongwu Securities, its co-actor, held a total of 715 million shares of the Bank, accounting for 16.00% of the Bank's total share capital. The change in equity reached an integer multiple of 1%.
