What is the cooling-off right?

The cooling-off right is applicable only to investors subscribing to a money market fund for the first time. The cooling-off right allows you to cancel fund subscriptions within six(6) business days following the transaction date.

How to exercise the cooling-off right?

For subscription amounts below RM100, investors are required to contact the Webull Customer Service team within the cooling-off period to request cancellation.

For subscription amounts of RM100 or more, investors may exercise the cooling-off right directly via the Webull app within the cooling-off period.
