If you experience any issues or are dissatisfied with the products or services provided by Webull, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team so that we may promptly assist in resolving the matter.


If the outcome of the resolution or our final response does not meet your expectations, you may escalate your complaint to the Financial Market Ombudsman Service (FMOS) within 180 days from the date of our final response. You may contact FMOS by telephone at (+603-2272 2811), submit an online application via their official website, or send your complaint by post or visit their office at 14th Floor, Main Block, Menara Takaful Malaysia, No. 4, Jalan Sultan Sulaiman, 50000 Kuala Lumpur.
