What is a Voluntary Corporate Action (VCA) for US Market (TnG)?

A VCA refers to a decision or proposal made by a company, typically given to its shareholders, which they have the option to accept or decline. It is called "voluntary" because it gives shareholders the choice to participate or not.

Examples of VCA includes but not limited to:

• Dividend reinvestment plan
• Subscriptions of Rights Issue
• Takeover Offer
• Conversion of Company Warrants
