Why does my request to add/ bind my bank account fail?


It could be due to the following scenarios (but not limited to);


1. Failure to provide the latest 3 months' bank statement.


2. Providing credit card details and statement.


3. Providing bank account details of a 3rd party.


4. Providing joint bank account details.


5. Providing incorrect individual bank account details.


6. Providing foreign bank account details that are not recognized by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).
