Islamic Bank - How long will it take for my deposits to be processed?

Deposits made via online bank transfer will generally be processed and reflected in your Webull Malaysia account within 30 minutes during business hours. However, the processing time may vary depending on your chosen payment method.

If you have not received the funds within 30 minutes, please follow below steps.

1. Tap the Webull logo at the bottom of the screen

2. Select "Securities"

3. Tap "Transfers" at the top of the screen

4. Tap "Deposit"

5. Tap "Notify Webull of my Fund Transfer"

6. Upload Proof of Transfer that display your Bank Name, Account Number, Amount, Date and Reference.

If you deposit via Interbank GIRO (IBG), the funds will reflect in your Webull App within 2 business days.

Deposits made via Real Time Payment (RTP/ DuitNow) on weekends or public holidays will be available on the next business day.

Note:

1. Processing of your deposit may be delayed if it is your first deposit or if it requires additional verification.

2. We only accept deposits from bank account with your name and must not be from a third-party bank account. Otherwise, it will be rejected.
