What products are supported for Shares Transfer-In?

US listed Stocks and Exchange-Traded Funds (“ETFs”) are supported for Shares Transfer In.

1. The following are not supported for Shares Transfer In from another brokerage (for US):

a. OTC Symbols

b. Options Position

d. Fractional Shares in the US Market

e. Penny Stocks

f. Israel related stocks

g. US stocks under suspension for trading.

h. PTP – publicly traded partnership.

Note:

• Penny Stocks include US Exchange listed Stocks and ETFs with a prior day closing price less than USD 5.00, or average daily trading value less than USD 5,000 per month

• The minimum threshold for US Shares transfer-in is USD 5,000.

• Webull Malaysia only supports Depository Trust and Clearing (“DTC”) share transfers.

• Currently, Automated Client Account Transfer System (“ACAT”) transfer is not supported.
