Please be advised that any discrepancy in the submitted information, such as the Brokerage Account ID (CDS ID) or Delivering Broker email address (eg. putting personal account ID/emails instead of the Brokerage ID/emails), may result in extended processing times for your transfer application.

In the scenario that your request has been rejected due to the requirement of an NCBO letter, please be assured that we will handle this process on your behalf. Our team will provide the necessary NCBO documentation directly to the counterparty. Additionally, you may inform the counterparty that our custodian will send the NCBO letter directly to the delivering broker to facilitate the completion of the transfer.

Please take note of the following:

  • Kindy contact your current broker to confirm your CDS account number before proceeding the application.
  • There must be no change of beneficial ownership.
  • Shares Transfer In may take up to 3 to 15 business days for processing.
  • The only products supported for transfer in are MY Exchange listed Stocks and Exchange-Trade Funds ("ETFs").
