Simon Raises Quarterly Common Stock Dividend From $2.25 To $2.30 Per Share

Today, Simon's Board of Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $2.30 for the fourth quarter of 2026.  This is an increase of $0.10, or 4.5% year-over-year.  The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2026 to shareholders of record on December 10, 2026. 

Simon's Board of Directors declared the quarterly dividend on its 8 3/8% Series J Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE:SPGPRJ) of $1.046875 per share, payable on December 31, 2026 to shareholders of record on December 17, 2026.
