    U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones gaining over 100 points on Tuesday.

    Shares of Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ:ITRI) rose sharply during Tuesday's session after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results.

    Itron posted quarterly earnings of $1.35 per share, beating market estimates of $1.05 per share. The company's quarterly sales came in at $612.864 million beating estimates of $603.204 million.

    Additionally, the company issued FY25 EPS guidance above estimates.

    Itron shares jumped 9.7% to $101.57 on Tuesday.
