Scanwolf bags RM42mil building job

PETALING JAYA: Scanwolf Corp Bhd has secured a contract award from Fixus Construction Sdn Bhd for sub-structure works on a commercial development in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, worth RM42mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Scanwolf said the project comprises a 69-storey small office, home office block (775 units) and a 78-storey small office, versatile office block (1,440 units), supported by a 10-storey podium featuring utility spaces, retail units, and parking facilities.

Scanwolf said the new contract reinforced its growing presence in the construction and infrastructure sector, demonstrating its ability to adapt and innovate in response to evolving market demands.

Scanwolf said the contract period shall be 20 months commencing from March 20, 2025 and will be completed by Nov 19, 2026.
