Ashland Increases Quarterly Dividend From $0.41 To $0.415 Per Share

The board of directors of Ashland Inc. (NYSE:ASH) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.415 cents per share on the company's common stock which represents a 2.5 percent increase from the previous quarter. The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2025.

As of April 30, 2025, there were 45,696,225 shares of Ashland common stock outstanding.
