Excelerate Energy Raises Quarterly Dividend By 33% From $0.06/Share To $0.08

Excelerate Energy, Inc. (the "Company" or "Excelerate") (NYSE:EE) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend, with respect to the quarter ended June 30, 2025, of $0.08 per share of Class A common stock, representing an approximately 33% increase from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on September 4, 2025, to Class A common stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 20, 2025.
