Unique Fire acquires industrial land in Shah Alam for RM15.54

KUALA LUMPUR: Unique Fire Holdings Bhd is acquiring a parcel of vacant industrial land in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, for RM15.54mil for its future business expansion.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the 4,926 sqm tract of freehold land is within proximity to its existing manufacturing facilities.

"Upon its intended development in the future, the land is expected to enhance  operational efficiency and facilitate better coordination of resources due to its strategic location and accessibility," it said.

The proposed acquisition and subsequent proposed development are expected to contribute positively to the Unique Fire’s future revenue stream and profitability.
