Telekom Malaysia Bhd is collaborating with Meta, SoftBank Corp, IPS Inc, PT XL Smart Telecom Sejahtera Tbk, and NEC Corporation to develop the Candle submarine cable system, which will link ASEAN countries to Japan.

VS Industry Bhd has fully redeemed the first tranche of its RM200.0mn Sukuk Wakalah programme.

Kelington Group Bhd has secured a SGD33.0mn contract from a turnkey engineering specialist for works related to an advanced packaging facility project in Singapore.

ITMAX System Bhd’s subsidiary, Southmax Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM51.0mn 15-year contract from Majlis Perbandaran Batu Pahat to provide a smart closed-circuit television system.

CBH Engineering Holding Bhd has secured a RM31.4mn contract to provide mechanical and electrical works for a proposed data centre project in Johor.

PJBumi Bhd has secured a USD6.6mn integrated project management services contract for exploration and exploitation activities in Mogoi Wasian, Papua, Indonesia.

AWC Bhd has secured a SGD3.9mn contract from Singapore's Housing & Development Board to design, build and operate a pneumatic waste conveyance system.

PTT Synergy Group Bhd has signed a framework agreement with two Chinese companies, OMH (Shandong) Co Ltd and AUBO (Shandong) Robotics Technology Co Ltd, to explore the development of an automated warehousing facility in Malaysia worth RM2.0bn.

Seni Jaya Corporation Bhd has entered into an agreement to acquire Ganad Media Sdn Bhd for RM5.0mn as part of its strategy to expand its advertising footprint.  

Solarvest Holdings Bhd has partnered with Canadian investment firm Brookfield to develop 1.5 gigawatts of renewable energy projects in Malaysia.

Sapura Industrial Bhd has signed a MoU with Asia Pacific University Sdn Bhd to collaborate on electric vehicle training and smart manufacturing initiatives.
