Neuberger Berman Increases Monthly Distribution Rate From $0.10 To $0.12 Per Share

Neuberger Berman Next Generation Connectivity Fund Inc. (NYSE:NBXG) (the "Fund") has announced an increase in its monthly distribution rate to $0.12 per share of common stock from the prior monthly distribution rate of $0.10 per share, representing an increase of approximately 20%.  The Fund has also declared its next monthly distribution at the new rate, which is payable on October 31, 2025, has a record date of October 15, 2025, and has an ex-date of October 15, 2025.

The new monthly distribution rate of $0.12 per share represents an annualized distribution per share of $1.44 versus the prior annualized amount of $1.20 and results in a distribution rate of approximately 9.49% of the Fund's market price and 8.44% of its net asset value, as of September 26, 2025.
