PETALING JAYA: IGB Real Estate Investment Trust (IGB-REIT) has recorded a revenue of RM165.2mil for its third quarter ended Sept 30, 2025 – an increase of 6.4% compared with RM155.3mil in the same quarter last year.

Its net property income (NPI) rose 9.5% to RM124.9mil, compared with RM114.1mil in the third quarter of 2024, IGB-REIT said in a statement.

The higher total revenue, NPI and profit after taxation were mainly due to the higher rental income in the current quarter.

Year-to-date total revenue rose 6.2% to RM496.7mil, compared with RM467.8mil in the same period in 2024. In line with this, NPI increased by 8.6% to RM377.9mil from RM347.8mil.

“The growth in revenue and NPI were primarily driven by higher rental income during the quarter and current year-to-date.” It also approved a distribution of 97.5% of its quarterly distributable income, amounting to RM100.5mil or 2.77 sen per unit.
