HEB inks MoU with Japanese consultancy

PETALING JAYA: HSS Engineers Bhd (HEB) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with CTI Engineering Co Ltd to explore potential synergies in engineering consultancy, technology transfer, and business development, both locally and internationally.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, engineering firm HEB, said the deal shall be effective from the date of signing and shall remain in force for one year, unless earlier terminated by either party.

“The MoU is not expected to have any immediate material effect on the earnings, net assets, or share capital of HEB for this year.”

CTI is a publicly listed company incorporated in Japan and is one of leading engineering consultancies there with expertise in civil engineering, infrastructure planning, environmental management, and project management services.

It has experience in the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects across Asia and other regions.
