PETALING JAYA: Signature International Bhd is optimistic that the group’s revenue and profit will improve based on its large order book on hand.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the premier modular kitchen systems maker said it will continue to recognise revenue from its backlog cases and its existing order book remains well-supported by a steady inflow of new orders.

As at Sept 30, Signature International’s order book stood at RM295mil for Kitchen and Wardrobe System under the Signature brand, RM680mil for Kitchen and Wardrobe System (Corten brand), and RM169mil for interior fit-out works.

For the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2025 (3Q25), the group’s net profit declined to RM16.2mil from RM28.3mil in the previous corresponding period.

This translates to an earnings per share of RM2.50.

Revenue for 3Q25, meanwhile, rose to RM244.2mil from RM224.6mil a year earlier.

The higher revenue was mainly contributed from the interior fit-out works segment, followed by the kitchen and wardrobe systems segment – Corten brand – and kitchen and wardrobe systems segment, Signature brand, it added.

For the nine-month period ended Sept 30, 2025, net profit jumped to RM52.02mil from RM44.03mil previously on the back of RM726.6mil in revenue.

It said global growth is projected to remain stable yet subdued, shaped by a combination of supportive monetary policies and persistent geopolitical and fiscal headwinds.
