According to Chenfeng Technology's announcement, Hong Kong Jifei, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, and Wei Yiji, its co-actor, hold 458.694 million shares of the company, accounting for 22.77% of the total share capital. On December 4, 2025, Hong Kong's Jifei and its co-operator Wei Yiji released a total of 40.266 million shares due to the completion of the redemption and delisting of “Chenfeng Bonds Transfer”. After this dissolution, the company shares held by the two were unpledged. There are currently no subsequent pledge arrangements for the dissolved shares.
