At the 2025 Beijing PE Forum, relevant sources from the Beijing Municipal Government said that Beijing will broaden long-term capital sources and establish a diversified financial revitalization system. These include: promoting the implementation of national funds and AIC funds to encourage increased allocation of long-term capital; continuing to play the cross-cyclical and countercyclical adjustment and guiding role of government investment funds as long-term capital and patient capital; and unblocking diversified exit channels to ensure a virtuous cycle of capital. Support the Beijing Stock Exchange to reform, innovate and improve the functions of Beijing's regional equity market, and deepen pilot share transfer projects; it will establish an evaluation system for venture capital and equity investment institutions, deepen the QFLP/QDLP pilot, and support the establishment of parallel cross-border private equity funds.
