According to this, (i) the company conditionally agreed to subscribe, and YTME conditionally agreed to allocate and issue a total of 19.0476 million shares of YTME subscription shares at the YTME subscription price (equivalent to about HK$4.10), with a total cost of US$10 million. Shares at cost after completion the price is paid by allocating and issuing and/or transferring consideration shares from inventory to YTME; and
