Shareholders of China Information Technology (08178) deposited their shares in Baoxin Securities with a market value of HK$3.85 million

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, shareholders of China Information Technology (08178) deposited shares into Baoxin Securities on December 5, with a market value of HK$3.85 million, accounting for 13.9%.

China Information Technology announced that all conditions contained in the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on December 5, 2025. The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 14 million shares to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$0.28 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement.
