The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on December 5, shareholders of Becker Micro (02149) transferred shares from BNP Paribas to Hong Kong and Shanghai HSBC, with a market value of HK$42,942 million, accounting for 5.20%.

On November 28, Asian Equity Special Opportunities Portfolio Master Fund Limited increased its holdings of Becker Micro by 115,600 shares, at a price of HK$45.0826 per share, for a total amount of approximately HK$521.55 million. The latest number of shares held after the increase was approximately 2.596 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 14.39%.
