OVHcloud's Shareholder Sells Minority Stake

11:33 PM EST, 12/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OVHcloud's (OVH.PA) shareholder Deep Code SAS sold 3.6 million shares, or 2.4% of the former's capital. The French cloud services company said Dec. 5 that Klaba will retain a 42.5% ownership of the company through its controlled companies, including Digital Scale SAS, Yellow Source SAS, Deep Code, Bleu Source, Innolys, and Invest Bleu. Klaba is a member of the OVHcloud board.
