(Cancle) Allocation of Ordinary Shares of Thai Eastern Bio Power Public Company Limited ("TEBP") to Shareholders Entitled to Subscribe in Proportion to Their Shareholdings (Pre-emptive Rights) and Determination of the Record Date

Pre-emptive Right Status : Canceled Reason : Due to current economic and capital market uncertainty, TEBP has decided to postpone its initial public offering (IPO) and the listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET"). Therefore, for the appropriateness of granting rights to the Company's shareholders, the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 7/2025 held on 6 December 2025 resolved to approve the cancellation of the Record Date for the shareholders entitled to subscribe for the ordinary shares of TEBP in proportion to the shareholding (Pre-emptive Rights), previously set on 15 December 2025. The allocation ratio of TEBP's newly issued ordinary shares to the Company's shareholders shall remain unchanged at 100 ordinary shares of the Company per 1 newly issued ordinary share of TEBP, along with all other existing conditions.
