Impact Coatings Extends Rights Offering as Preliminary Outcome Fails to Meet Expectations

01:01 AM EST, 12/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Impact Coatings (IMPC.ST) said Dec. 5 its board extended the subscription period for its offering of up to 58,324,474 shares at 1.5 kronor apiece until Friday, citing a less-than-expected preliminary fundraising outcome. Based on preliminary results as of the original Dec. 5 deadline, the Swedish coating supplier is looking at 25.2 million kronor in proceeds from the offering, with applications covering 28.8% of the shares on offer. So far, the company has received applications for 13,943,796 shares with subscription rights and 2,829,515 shares without subscription rights. Final results of the offering are expected to be released on Dec. 15.
