After investigation, Ren Yuzhong lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original mission, violated the spirit of the Eight Regulations of the Central Committee, and received gifts and gifts in violation of regulations; failed to report personal matters in accordance with regulations to obtain benefits for others; held shares in unlisted companies in violation of regulations; had no disciplinary bottom line; used private use of public goods; “relied on school to eat school”, engaged in power and money transactions, and used the convenience of his position to profit others in education and training, further education and employment, etc., and illegally accepted huge sums of money. Ren Yuzhong seriously violated the Party's organizational discipline and integrity discipline, constituting a serious offense of office and suspected of taking bribes. Furthermore, he did not back down or quit after the 18th National Congress of the Party. It was serious in nature and had a bad impact, and should be dealt with seriously. According to the “Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Punishment”, “Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China”, “Law on Administrative Disposition of Public Officials of the People's Republic of China” and other relevant regulations, the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection studied and reported to the CPC Central Committee for approval, and decided to dismiss Ren Yu Zhong from his party membership; the State Supervision Commission punished him with dismissal from public office; confiscate his disciplinary and illegal proceeds; and refer the suspected crime to the procuratorial authorities for examination and prosecution in accordance with the law.
