Vietnamese enterprise group Vingroup said it plans to invest 28 million US dollars to set up a subsidiary in the Congo to develop real estate and electric vehicles. In October of this year, Vingroup signed a memorandum of understanding with the Congo to develop large-scale urban projects in the country and gradually replace more than 300,000 gasoline-powered vehicles with electric vehicles, as well as establish an electric bus network and charging infrastructure.
