Medivir CFO Steps Down to Assume Same Post at Cinclus Pharma

04:53 AM EST, 12/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Medivir (MVIR.ST) Chief Financial Officer Magnus Christensen will step down to assume the same role at Cinclus Pharma (CINPHA.ST), according to separate filings on Monday from the two companies. Christensen will succeed Maria Engström at Swedish pharmaceutical company Cinclus. In the meantime, Patrik Norgren was appointed as interim CFO, effective immediately, until Christensen assumes the role permanently in the spring of 2026. Medivir, which focuses on cancer treatments, initiated the recruitment process to appoint a new CFO as Christensen will remain for a transition period.
