Also, it has not included any expenses incurred yet; therefore, the received payment might be lower than the estimated dividend. In passing through benefits to investors, the expenses can be from operational procedures such as fees collected from foreign securities firms which might be higher than the benefits that the investors will receive. The DR issuer reserved the right not to deliver such dividend to the DR holders at that time, by which the DR issuer will collect such dividend amount until its total amount is higher than fee and related dividend expenses. DR issuer will then deliver all such dividend to the DR holders pursuant to Section 3 of the Attachment to the Terms and Conditions. Moreover, the corporate actions distribution in both cash and securities terms to DR holders are subjected to laws and regulations of Thailand and/or of countries that underlying securities has been listed resulting in limited benefit distribution towards DR holders compared to direct underlying securities holdings.
