Dongfeng Group Co., Ltd. (00489): Proposed appointment of Feng Changjun as Executive Director

The board of directors will recommend appointing Mr. Feng Changjun as the company's executive director in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company's “Articles of Association”. Proposals on the appointment of directors will be submitted to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for review and approval in the form of an ordinary resolution.

After the Board's resolution is passed by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, Mr. Feng was also appointed as the President of the Company and an authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules. After Mr. Feng is appointed, Mr. Yang Qing, an executive director of the Company, will no longer serve as an authorized representative of the Company.
