First Journey Holdings (00697): Beijing Robotics Fund and Shoubao Fund invest in Yunshen Technology

The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that recently, the Beijing Robotics Industry Development Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) (Beijing Robotics Fund) and Shanghai Shoubao Smart Private Equity Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (Shoubao Fund), managed by Shoucheng Capital's subsidiary (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), invested in Hangzhou Yunshen Technology Co., Ltd. (Yunshen Technology). This investment is an additional investment following the investment in July 2025. It will further promote product development and iterative upgrading of the investee companies, expand production capacity, and promote commercialization and large-scale implementation of intelligent robots.
