Recently, a multi-purpose engineering unit of the 23rd batch of Chinese peacekeepers to Lebanon arrived near the “Blue Line” on the Lebanese-Israeli border to carry out a humanitarian demining mission. Since the rotation and deployment in December 2024, the 23rd batch of Chinese peacekeepers to Lebanon has cleared more than 5,300 square meters of demining sites, successfully discovered and destroyed 667 mines and various unexploded objects, and repaired and maintained tens of thousands of square meters of road facilities.
