The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a filing notice on the “full circulation” of overseas listed shares and domestic unlisted shares of Wolan Robotics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., which plans to issue no more than 25,555,600 shares of overseas listed common shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The 19 shareholders intend to convert their total 200,000,000 domestic unlisted shares into overseas listed shares and list them for circulation on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
