The reporter learned today that from January to November of this year, the General Administration of Market Regulation approved the release of 85 new national standard materials to serve “dual carbon” work and the development of the precision manufacturing industry, providing strong support for improving the accuracy of carbon measurement data and precision manufacturing measurement data. In terms of serving “double carbon” work, approval was given to release 72 national standard substances for carbon measurement, such as carbon dioxide gas in the air, carbon monoxide in ethylene, and carbon dioxide mixed gas. Carbon measurement standard materials are used to calibrate commonly used carbon testing equipment, such as carbon component analyzers, infrared gas analyzers, etc., to ensure instrument measurement accuracy. They can also be used to calibrate on-site carbon monitoring equipment, such as automatic ambient air quality monitoring stations, industrial exhaust gas emission monitors, etc., to ensure that field data is true and effective. Of the 72 newly approved carbon measurement standard substances, 79.2% are developed and produced by enterprises. In terms of serving the development of the precision manufacturing industry, it was approved to issue 13 national standard materials for electronic gases, including high-purity nitrogen and high-purity oxygen.
