Operating enterprises can independently set prices within the range of an increase of no more than 20% of the benchmark price, and the decline is unlimited. All operating enterprises shall operate lawfully, and price offenses such as price alliances, price hikes, implementation of monopoly agreements, and abuse of a dominant position in the market are strictly prohibited.
