According to data, in November, TOP50 companies added about 52.16 million square meters of contract area, 47.35 million square meters of third-party expansion scale, and the scale of leading enterprises continued to expand. The popularity of enterprise expansion in October declined by 24.73% compared to October; the total number of projects expanded by the committee was 496, which is a slight increase compared to 491 in October. The top three business formats expanded by third parties in November were housing, schools, and offices. Among them, residential projects accounted for 27.6%, school projects accounted for 22.9%, and office projects accounted for 18.5%. Looking at urban service projects, Country Garden Services became the leader in contract value for urban service projects in November with a contract amount of nearly 140 million yuan.
