Technoprobe Enters Technology Supply Deal with WinWay, MS Sun

04:24 AM EST, 12/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Technoprobe (TPRO.MI) said Tuesday it signed a strategic agreement to supply its TPEG proprietary product technology to WinWay Technology and MS Sun Technology. Under the deal, the probe cards manufacturer will serve as the exclusive developer and manufacturer of products based on its technology, while granting WinWay a five-year right to use it for assembly, installation, maintenance, repair, sales, and distribution. Technoprobe will also retain ownership over all intellectual property rights and patents. WinWay, meanwhile, will purchase the products from MS Sun, which will work jointly with Technoprobe on post-sales support. The agreement includes a minimum purchase commitment of $60 million over five years.
