Workspace Group Secures Five-year Lease at Office Building Complex in London

04:44 AM EST, 12/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Workspace Group (WKP.L) signed a five-year lease with the North London NHS Foundation Trust for space at The Centro Buildings in Camden, London. The public health organization let 16,000 square feet for a net rent of 45 pounds sterling per square foot, according to a Tuesday release. The British workspace provider also said it completed the refurbishment of Centro Workshops, one of the buildings at the site, creating 40 new small units for small and medium-sized enterprises, of which 11 are already let or under offer.
