The subsidiary has a registered capital of 2 billion yuan, Tiandi Technology holds 60% of the shares, and each of the 4 subsidiaries holds 10% of the shares. The project is expected to start construction in April 2026, and the construction period is 18 months. The aim is to enhance the company's complete equipment and intelligent capabilities, and promote the export of coal machine equipment and overseas market expansion.
