Cloudbreak Discovery to Acquire Crofton Gold Project in Australia

05:13 AM EST, 12/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cloudbreak Discovery (CDL.L) said Tuesday that it plans to exercise its option to acquire the exploration license application covering the Crofton Gold Project in Nullagine, Australia. The natural resources explorer already paid 10,000 pounds sterling for the option and will issue 56 million ordinary shares as consideration for the exercise, under applicable regulatory terms.
