Britain's Venture Life Group Wraps Up Sale of Oral Care Assets

05:13 AM EST, 12/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Venture Life Group (VLG.L) completed the up to 4.5 million-pound-sterling sale of its oral care assets as it shifts focus on "higher margin, higher growth" core brands in its key target categories. The British consumer self-care company sold Ultradex and Dentyl brands, including Periproducts, on a cash- and debt-free basis to Covestus Holdings, according to a Tuesday filing. Net proceeds will further provide additional financial resources to support Venture Life's acquisition strategy. As part of the deal, Venture Life will enter into a transitional services agreement with the oral care assets through the end of February 2026 to ensure a smooth transition.
