According to Zhitong Finance App, Xuhui Holding Group (00884) announced that in November 2025, the Group obtained contract sales (contract sales with joint ventures and associated companies) amounting to about RMB 930 million and a contract sales area of about 82,700 square meters, an average contract sales price of about RMB 11,500 per square meter, and a contract sales amount attributable to the company's shareholders' equity of about RMB 560 million.

From January to November 2025, the Group obtained cumulative contract sales (contract sales with joint ventures and joint ventures) amounting to approximately RMB 15.10 billion and a contract sales area of approximately RMB 1,443,700 square meters, an average contract sales price of approximately RMB 10,900 per square meter, and a contract sales amount of approximately RMB 7.80 billion for shareholders' equity.
