Yingxing Holdings (01440) entered into an overall product licensing agreement with Netflix CPX, LLC to use the intellectual property rights of the “Stranger Stories” album

According to Zhitong Finance App, Yingxing Holdings (01440) announced that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company has entered into an overall product licensing agreement with NetFlixCPX, LLC (licensor) to use the intellectual property rights (this intellectual property right) of the “Stranger Stories” series (seasons 1 to 5). The agreement grants the subsidiary a non-exclusive license for this intellectual property until the end of September 2026.

According to the agreement, the subsidiary is permitted to design, manufacture, promote, market, distribute and sell various products, including clothing, accessories, pet-related products and home decorations, in Hong Kong and Macau through various channels, subject to prior written approval by the authorized person. The subsidiary will pay the authorized person a minimum guarantee and royalties based on net wholesale and retail sales.
