No. CPLRG. 107 / 2025 December 9, 2025 Re: The 4th capital reduction of C.P.Tower Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust To President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Regarding the news dissemination of CP Land Reit Growth company Limited, acting as REIT manager of C.P.Tower Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (CPTREIT) in relation to notification of the capital reduction of CPTREIT at the rate of Baht 0.1096 per trust unit, and payment date is December 9, 2025. REIT manager already made the capital reduction by decreasing the value of trust units to unitholders with a total amount of baht 105,983,200.00 As result, the paid-up capital of CPTREIT after capital reduction was Baht 8,975,500,600.00 and the remaining par value was Baht 9.2818 per trust unit. REIT manager has informed the capital reduction of CPTREIT to Krungthai Asset Management Public Company Limited as Trustee of CPTREIT on December 9, 2025.
