The cumulative contract sales amount of Xincheng Development (01030) in the first 11 months was about 17.917 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 51.53%

Zhitong Finance App News, Xincheng Development (01030) announced that in November 2025, the Group achieved a contract sales amount of approximately RMB 1,448 billion and a contract sales area of about 209,900 square meters.

The cumulative contract sales amount from January to November 2025 was approximately RMB 17.917 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 51.53%, and the cumulative sales area was about 2.351,600 square meters.

In November 2025, the Group had a total of 178 real estate rental properties, with a total construction area of about 16.381,800 square meters; in November 2025, rent revenue was approximately RMB 1,078 billion, and commercial operating income was approximately RMB 1,155 billion (i.e. rental income including tax).

From January to November 2025, the cumulative rental revenue was approximately RMB 11.99 billion, and the cumulative commercial operating income was approximately RMB 12.852 billion (i.e. rental income including tax).
