Roquefort Therapeutics to Issue Shares After Conversion of Loan Notes

05:59 AM EST, 12/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- British biotech company Roquefort Therapeutics (ROQ.L) said Tuesday it will issue 6,282,264 new shares following the conversion of 80,000 pounds sterling of convertible loan notes in two tranches. The first 30,000 pound tranche of loan notes will convert at 0.0181 pound, while the second 50,000 pound tranche will convert at 0.0129 pound, including accrued interest of 12.5% per annum. Roquefort will have 257,894 pounds of outstanding notes after the conversion. The newly issued shares are scheduled to start trading on the London bourse on Dec. 16.
